Submission guidelines

DanceVents is a moderated street dance agenda. To keep the agenda useful and safe, every submission is reviewed before it appears online.

Before you submit

• The event should be related to street dance in Belgium.
• Submit information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• Make sure you have permission to submit the event and upload the event image or flyer.
• Only submit copyrighted material if you have permission to use it.

Keep it respectful

Please keep event text, images, and links legal, respectful, accurate, and safe for a public agenda. We may reject submissions that are hateful, abusive, sexual, violent, misleading, or harmful.

Review and contact

Submissions may be approved, not approved, marked as spam, or replaced by a newer version. Pending submissions are reviewed before they appear publicly.
